Friendly and efficient staff at the front desk that make you feel right at home. The rooms are spacious, modern, and come with a lovely garden view and even some books to enjoy 📚.

Request a non-smoking floor. We requested a non-smoking room, but on our arrival we were shown a room that was non-smoking but on a smoking floor. Smell of cigarettes very strong. But as soon as we requested something else, the staff showed us a room on a non-smoking floor. It was fantastic.

We had a balcony. 15 mins walk from jungfernstieg.

I stayed here for a weekend and would like to come again as the place is attractive and the reception staff are exceptional.

Although this is shown on the website, there is no lift available and guests need to be able to walk up to 3 floors by stairs. Friendly staff assisted with carrying bags.

The place was clean and quirky. the staff at the reception desk were gentle. - the room was generously sized with a view into the garden. - We enjoyed having access to wake-up service. - An electronic key card, a work 

The spacious room here is almost entirely new, except for the bed, and its proximity to a nearby museum is ideal.

Fresh food such as breads, yogurt, and cheese was served. The room was comfortable with wooden floors and a view into the garden.- The hotel has a marvelous and absolutely perfect location in a very safe neighborhood, in the downtown area.

This place has a fantastic location, perfect for exploring different restaurants and cafes, and offers a wonderful breakfast selection with a variety of breads, yogurt, and cheese to please all guests.
